Shipping & Delivery Policies
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment is received. During busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and any updates will be communicated via email.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $7.50 per order.
- Local Drop Shipping: Use code PICKUP at checkout to waive the shipping fee and pick up order from school.
- School Delivery: All orders are delivered to the school every Friday (starting October 17th), and will be distributed by the NE Football Booster Merch Team.

Insurance & Tracking
All shipments include tracking information. Insurance is not included unless specified at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a resolution.
Holiday & Busy Season Shipping
During holidays or peak order periods, processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
