Shipping for Exchanges & Returns
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item (within 7 days of your initial request), we will promptly ship out your replacement.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the purchase date to contact us regarding a return or exchange.
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return the item.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when purchased.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will notify you once your return has been received and evaluated.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- Depending on your card issuer’s policies, refunds typically process within 7–15 business days.
